High school doesn’t prepare students for the real world.As a team of university students we remember exactly what it was like back in high school.You’re told to “figure out your future,” but no one gives you the tools. No mentorship from someone in the field you are interested in. No relevant experience that ensures success in university.Most students enter university lost. Not because they aren’t smart, but because they haven't had their eyes opened yet.That’s why we built PathWise Academy.We created the program we wish we had in high school. A way to actually prepare students for university and the real world.We’ve gathered the most valuable and interesting lessons we’ve learned from our own undergrad experiences and distilled them into a crash course for high schoolers. This includes our classes, high level projects, internships/jobs, and more!This is knowledge that changed the way we see education, our future careers, and even ourselves.But here’s the real secret:
Most students don’t get this type of insight until they are in their early 20s, deep into their university journey, sometimes even after making the wrong program or career choice. Healthcare / Science Path
Major project: Literature Review Paper OR Healthcare Innovation Proposal on a topic of their interest, that will be completed over the course of the program. This will be the major focus of the program.Samples of the university level lessons that will be taught

What would the classes look like?
1-2x per week in person lessons2x per week online check ins (We monitor their progress on the final project, give feedback, and they practice presenting their findings)Plans can be changed based on student needs and parent requests!
